There are two obvious elements to a music video, the sound and the vision. Sometimes it’s the sound and sometimes it’s the vision that makes you sit back and take notice of the clip. Once in a while though it’s a marriage of the two that comes together so seamlessly and beautifully that it leaves you breathless. This sort of synchronicity only comes around every so often. This is the second time that the talented Mr Yoann Lemoine has been able to achieve this feat, however, there must be some advantages to being both artistic director AND musician! That’s right, once again Woodkid has stunned us with his musical and directorial prowess. His frenetic ballad of strings and drums fits perfectly within the walls of the Where The Wild Things Are inspired clip. He did it with Iron, now he’s done it again with Run Boy Run, bravo Mr Lemoine!
